Our school is in Minamisoma City, Japan. It's 71 years old. We have about 250 students and 33 teachers. These are pictures from our school festival. We enjoy it every year. We love our school. Let us introduce our school life to you.

School life
We have our own homeroom classes. We spend a lot of time and have most classes there. Classes are 50 minutes long and we have five or six classes each day from Monday to Friday. Our school starts from 8:00 and finishes at about 4:00. After that almost all students go to club activities.
Subjects
We study Japanese, math, English, science, social studies, music, P.E., fine arts, industrial arts and homemaking.
School events
We have our school festival in October. We have chorus contest in the festival. Every class practices very hard for the contest. We also have a recreation in November. All the students take part in the recreation and enjoy it.
School lunch
In Japan, almost all junior high school students have school lunch. We don't have cafeteria in our school. We take turns to serve school lunch every week and have lunch at our own homeroom classes.
Cleaning
In the end of the day, we clean our school every day. We clean very hard by ourseives. It's an important activity for Japanese.
Club activities
After the cleaning, we have club activities. We have many clubs and practice hard for the tournaments or the contests. You can see Brass Band's performance and Art club's works at school festival.
Sports: Baseball, Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Softtennis, Tabletennis, Kendo
